Marcus Vance
Marcus Vance brings over 15 years of leadership experience in enterprise telecommunications, network sales engineering, and carrier consolidation. Prior to co-founding XTT, Marcus directed regional operations at major Tier-2 network transit providers, designing fiber extensions and routing frameworks for multi-state warehouse complexes. At XTT, Marcus guides the company's GTM strategy, channel sales, and strategic partnerships, driving our expansion into key regional exchange markets.
Sarah Chen
Sarah Chen is a systems architect specializing in virtual network routing, BGP routing optimization, and SASE security hardening. With a strong background in software-defined network design and anycast configurations, Sarah directed the transition of several mid-market SaaS providers away from rigid legacy MPLS platforms to resilient SD-WAN architectures. At XTT, Sarah oversees PoP core deployments (Atlanta, Dallas, Seattle), BGP routing protocols, and Zero-Trust access compliance.
Elena Rostova
Elena Rostova leads XTT's global provisioning logistics, field dispatch coordination, and NOC operations. Elena has spent over a decade orchestrating high-density network hardware rollouts and hardware staging processes for distributed enterprise clients. At XTT, Elena manages our Atlanta configuration labs, SLA compliance audits, out-of-band monitoring systems, and 24/7 proactive carrier escalation teams.
