We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or a related field.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to create new leads.

Must Have

  • HS Diploma or Higher
  • Passion for sales.
  • Perfect written English.
  • Highly creative and autonomous.
  • US Citizen or Valid Work Visa.

Nice to have

  • Network Certifications (CCNA, FCP, NSE)
  • Additional languages.
  • CRM experience.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
